A real assessment means interviewing the people who do the work, mapping undocumented systems, and quantifying opportunities against your actual volumes — a week of engineering effort. Charging for it means the findings are yours regardless, including the finding that you shouldn't build anything yet.
What makes you different from a national consulting firm?
Two things. The senior engineer is present at every phase — you're not sold by a partner and delivered by juniors. And I operate what I build. Most firms hand off at go-live, which is precisely when the interesting failures start. When it breaks at 2 a.m. eight months in, that's my department; it has been for a decade.
Do I have to be in Longview to work with you?
