Every demo here is a recorded run of a real agent fleet: real model calls, real tool calls, real costs, scored against a written answer key the fleet cannot see. The misses are published next to the successes, because a number you can check beats a number you have to trust.
Steel service center: quote to cash, with a chemistry gate
An agent fleet works a steel order desk end to end: intake, quoting, allocation, shipping, invoicing, reconciliation. Between allocation and the truck sits a deterministic gate that re-runs the chemistry on every mill test report against published ASTM windows, recomputes carbon equivalent by formula, and blocks certificates whose own printed numbers cannot make the grade they claim. Six recorded runs, the first scoring 30 of 35 with every miss named, the last four not missing.

Oilfield services: field ticket to cash
An agent fleet turns oilfield field tickets into priced, coded, compliant invoices across four systems: ERP, ticketing, billing and the operator's payment portal. Nineteen tickets in the recorded run, sixteen straight through, three escalated to a person with a specific question attached, and a short pay caught after the operator quietly remitted less than the invoice. The scorecard treats guessing as a failure.
